If you are time poor and a little lacking in the makeup application skills department, then I have found a great product that is very affordable and so very easy to apply!

Introducing the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24 hour cream eye shadow. These retail for £4.99 in Boots, you can buy them here and they are currently having a 3 for 2 deal.

They come in 9 shades and I picked up 'Pink Gold', 'On and on Bronze' and 'Immortal Charcoal'. You can apply these so easily with your fingers, they blend out like a dream and give a really lovely wash of colour for a subtle day time look.

I am yet to find a cream shadow that doesn't crease in the slightest, and these did crease a little for me when wearing them in hot weather with no base underneath. To get the best out of them, it would pay to apply an eye primer first such as the Nars one I blogged about here. I wore them the second time with primer underneath and even in 30 degree heat, they didn't crease. The staying power is great.
