This post is for the makeup artists out there!
IMATS London was on 2 weeks ago. For those unfamiliar with this event it is the International Makeup Artist Tradeshow and it is epic. I am quite new to IMATS having only attended the Sydney show last September, and lets just say the London show blew Sydney out of the water in terms of size and speakers.

I listened to some really interesting talks about a range of topics from agency representation to social media. And then I shopped. And those who know me will know that I did myself proud.
Here is a small, edited picture of some things I picked up for my kit.
Lip Tars by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics, Naked Loose Pigment Stack in Urban Retreat, Lip palettes by PAM
Naked Cosmetics - loose mineral powder eyeshadow stack in 'Urban Rustic'. I watched the Fall Trends 2013 demonstration by Kevin James Bennett and he did an amazing purple smokey eye using the purple from this stack. It has a gorgeous selection of jewel-toned pigments that I can't wait to use as we head in to Winter.
PAM London - neutral and red lip palettes. The packaging got me on this one. 10 shades of lipstick per palette all packed up in a tiny little box. Perfect.
Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics - Lip Tars in Hush and Annika. Again this was a product used in Kevin James Bennett's demonstration and the nude lip he did looked amazing with the smokey eye so of course I had to run over and find it.
Makeup Forever HD Foundation
I also picked up some of the Makeup Forever High Definition Foundations. I have heard so much about these foundations and i'm really looking forward to trying these out.
